    Experienta intr-un rol similar-avantaj;
    Cunostinte bune MS Office, in principal Excel;
    Bune abilitati de comunicare si organizare.

    Responsabilitati

    Verificarea si monitorizarea status-ului tuturor echipamentelor date in uz (retur, pierdut, in folosinta);
    Verificarea termenilor contractuali si redactarea notificarilor catre clienti;
    Mentinerea legaturii cu clientii si oferirea informatiilor solicitate;
    Urmarirea, centralizarea si receptionarea facturilor si notificarilor primite de la clienti;
    Centralizarea si procesarea informatiilor primite;
    Transmiterea situatiilor centralizare catre departamentul juridic, vanzari sau alte departamente implicate;
    Pregatirea documentelor pentru audit.
