    Requirements

    The ideal candidate for a Marketing Executive role will have Brand marketing or a Marketing agency background. Strong analytical skills, creativity, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills are important for success in this role.
    • Higher Education degree in marketing, economics
    • 2-3 years marketing experience required
    • Previous experience in building marketing programs is an advantage (agency or brand marketing background )
    • Project management and decision-making skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills, both in Romanian and English
    • Ability to create a positive team environment and support collaboration within small teams to produce outstanding deliverables
    • Availability for traveling.

    Responsibilities

    • Control the marketing budget and allocate resources cost-effectively. This includes negotiating contracts and partnerships, managing vendor relationships, and making decisions about where to invest resources for maximum impact.
    • Follow and execute marketing plans and campaigns according to internal needs. This includes quarterly go-to-market campaigns, covering both brand communication and trade marketing ( B2B2C focused, using traditional and digital channels, including also in-store communication)
    • ⁠Analyse data and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns
    • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring that they follow the brand's guideline
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, when needed
    • Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. This includes coordinating efforts across teams to align on goals and objectives and communicating effectively to ensure that everyone is working towards the same vision.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, industry influencers, and other partners. This includes identifying new opportunities for collaboration, developing mutually beneficial relationships, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure that partnerships are successful.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to adapt marketing strategies accordingly
    • Constantly develop consumer database and improve engagement through regular newsletter communication
    • ⁠Social media presence ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
    • ⁠New product introduction process
    • ⁠Representing the brand in local and international events, by providing the branding perspective.
