Role Summary: The PR & Event Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization’s image, fostering client loyalty, and delivering impactful events. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a variety of events that resonate with our audience and align with our annual strategy.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, demonstrating project management expertise.
Ability to run PR campaigns that yield measurable results.
Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and others.
Excellent interpersonal, management, and communication skills to ascertain brief and amplify messages.
Creative with first-class writing skills and tone of voice.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word skills;
Ability to work under pressure, with deadlines
Proactive and eager to learn;
Very good knowledge of the English language;
Interest in the automotive industry, the watch industry and the luxury industry will be appreciated.

Event Strategy and Execution - Brainstorm and develop innovative event concepts that align with our brand identity.
Coordinate logistics for events, including galas, car tests, summits, press conferences, and international projects.
Ensure flawless execution during events and manage post-event follow-up processes.
Stakeholder Engagement - Cultivate relationships with partners, suppliers, agencies, sponsors, and other relevant parties.
Negotiate effectively to ensure successful collaboration.
Brand Reputation and Sentiment - Safeguard our brand reputation by maintaining a positive image.
Monitor sentiment and proactively address any issues.
Content Creation - Craft compelling social media content that resonates with our audience.
Review and enhance presentation materials for events.
Budget Management - Develop and negotiate event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Travel: Be available for travel within the country and abroad as needed.
Promotion Strategies - Devise communication and promotion strategies for all brands, services, and products in our portfolio.
