Qualifications, Skills and Responsibilities
Essential:
- Experienced IT Professional with technical skills and aptitude
- Keen interest in Information Technology and new and emerging trends
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to establish and develop relationships with multiple customer and IT groups at all levels of the business
- Customer first mind-set and ability to drive process improvement
- Bachelor degree
- Strong data analytical mindset

Desired:
- Familiarity with Ford IT and specifically Infrastructure processes
- Flexible with the ability to learn technical/system details where appropriate
- Knowledge of Agile tools and processes
- Knowledge of Audio Visual and Collaboration technologies
- Knowledge of Ford Financial processes

Key Responsibilities:
- Cellular provider airtime contracts, fixed link services and hardware invoicing.
- Telephony Provider SIP Contract Management for all 57 European sites.
- UK and Germany PSTN/ISDN Services - including management of UK PSTN switch off. Inbound free phone services (08xx/03xx), One Call solution, Secure Audioconferencing and Payphone Management.
- Audio Visual Service and Support for UK and Germany.
- Government Regulatory and Licensing Renewal and Issues, including Mobile Radio, Microphone, TV, GPS Repeater and MPLC Licensing.
- Mobile Radio Spares, interference, repairs, and engineer call outs.

Additional responsibilities include Financial Management and Purchasing Support:
- PO Management, Spend tracking, Trend analysis, Forecasting, Service and Lease Contract renewals and ORB submissions, RFQ, Fair-usage reviews, market testing and benchmarking. Requisitioning, Invoice validation and approval and Contract proposal analysis.
- Project support for all work undertaken by the Collaboration & Productivity service team.
