- Fluency in spoken and written German language. Should be able to hold seamless conversations in German over phone and chat with internal and external parties
- Working knowledge of English language - Candidate should be able to understand in-person conversations in English as part of training modules or regular discussion, and also read emails/documents written in English. Basic fluency in language will sufficient
- Knowledgeable about the automotive finance or banking industry – is advantage
- Previous experience in roles with banking or non-banking financial firms is preferred.
- Good at working with numbers
- Excel skills including mathematical formula, vlookup function and pivot tables

- You will be responsible for billing, administration and processing of leasing transactions including invoice receipt processing, data entry and -control
- You are responsible for recording, checking, if necessary clarifying discrepancies; reducing, rejecting and initiating payment of incoming invoices from external and internal service providers
- You are responsible for the processing and booking of outgoing invoices
- You are responsible for monitoring and reporting the drawdown of customer credit lines as part of the MDR new business process
- You correspond with customers, dealers, service providers and Ford Werke GmbH and clarify missing and questionable business transactions within the scope of the MDR business
- You process and monitor incoming and outgoing payments for various MDR business transactions including reminders, dunning letters and related postings
- You are responsible for the systems processing of used vehicle auctions including Ford Bank Germany internal correspondence of wholesaled used vehicles and title document management
- You will prepare and assist in the preparation of reports for various MDR business transactions
- You correspond independently with customers (car rental companies), service providers, dealers, Ford Werke GmbH and different Ford Bank Germany teams
- You are responsible for the administration of vehicle damage cases and required insurance claims
- You are responsible for the execution of bookings and the respective correspondence in case of used vehicles sales dealer complaints
- You check the automatic data processing for completeness and plausibility
- You participate in the creation of work instructions and specifications for subprojects
- You support the execution of system tests
