Oferirea de raspunsuri detaliate la intrebarile clientilor legate de produse, preturi, disponibilitate, garantii etc;
Prospectarea pietei si contactarea potentialilor clienti in vederea promovarii serviciilor si produselor companiei;
Mentinerea legaturii constante cu departamenele companiei in vederea finalizarii procesului de vanzare
