    Your Role and Responsibilities

    Much of the Partner Ecosystem success will hinge on our ability to drive incremental business through the newly recruited Business Partners, PLG offerings and new routes to market. In order to achieve our New Client Acquisition and Ecosystem objectives we must expand our ecosystem with new transacting (Sell) and embed(Build) partners and lean into the Product Led Growth areas.The Global Ecosystem Marketer, Demand & Analytics team member will be a part of the xEcosystem Strategic Priorities Squad and focus on driving both the demand activities for Business Partner Recruitment and analytics.

    The responsibilities of this mission will be to:
    1. Operate as the Ecosystem Marketing focal to collaborate with the IBM Demand Strategy team on driving and executing Ecosystem demand priorities
    2. Orchestrate the tracking and optimization of Client Interest routing for Ecosystem
    3. Work with Digital and Ecosystem Marketing teams to design and track the Partner journey mapping
    4. Lead reporting and update Recruitment and PLG marketing scorecards for the Squad
    5. Derive Insights and communicate on results to stakeholders and extended teams
    6. This role requires a self starter with the ability to collaborate cross functionally while partnering with the other members of the Ecosystem Strategic Priorities Squad and Geography teams (Partner Recruitment, PLG, AI For Business, Distributors).
    7. This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week
