Completed 3-year specialist training or comparable
First experience in IT administration
Experience with NetApp hardware and services
Experience with SAN and NAS technologies
Experience with backup technologies
Analytical, meticulous, and technically competent team player with good communication skills
Initiative, creative drive and ability to self-organize
Good written and spoken English skills
Very good knowledge of German

Collaboration in the implementation, administration and migration of backup and storage environments with a focus on NetApp storage systems (clustered ONTAP)
Collaboration in the administration and operation of SAN and NAS storage environments
Collaboration in the administration and operation of backup environments
Collaboration in the administration, implementation, and operation of automation solutions
Independent execution of simple troubleshooting or error corrections or their processing
Collaboration in the integration of new customers into existing operating processes
Collaboration in the development of customer-specific solutions
Processing of order and change measures
Maintenance and updating of documentation
