    By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM (Romania time) in a remote setup.

    How you’ll make an impact:

    This role will be responsible for providing regional category management support for the category of HR. This person collaborates closely with Global, Regional and Country level colleagues to meet the objectives and its stakeholders. Some expectations include creating category strategy plans that align with internal stakeholder goals, reflect current marketplace conditions, and support initiatives. This role will also support the negotiations of agreements with key strategic suppliers while driving innovation with these partners.


    Purpose

    Overall Relevance for the Organization;

    Lead and coordinate the HR Category on a Regional level;

    Set Regional targets in alignment with the Global Category Leads and Corporate Services and HR Category Director;

    Perform strategic analysis and evaluation of data, market insights, and contracts to identify opportunities;

    Be a driving force to proactively suggest innovative ideas to help transform HR within the Future Enterprise organization as well as other stakeholder groups, as needed;

    Drive value contribution and service while ensuring compliance with policies and strategies;

    Communicate, execute, and implement Regional category initiatives, support Global initiatives;

    Assist, coordinate, oversee or assign Regional sourcing procurement activities, support Global activities;

    Engage with key stakeholders on a regular basis;

    Review and approve regional category strategy definitions and project execution;

    Assist with target setting and category planning in alignment with the Global Category Lead.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage the HR category on a Regional level;

    Foster knowledge sharing between Global Regional Local P and HR category resources;

    Be a category transformation enabler by seeking cross category synergies and opportunities of alignment with stakeholders and the market;

    Support the Global Corporate Services and HR Category Director with the identification.

    Responsibilities

    Skills that make your work successful:

    Expert in category management, sourcing as well as project management and planning;

    Excellent knowledge of procurement and category strategy development and conveyance;

    Proven knowledge in sourcing and procurement methodologies and concepts, including negotiation tactics and savings calculations;

    Proven knowledge of the various dimensions of HR and commercial models;

    Advanced in analytics and the ability to analyze specifications and influence demand;

    Very strong in stakeholder and relationship management, as well as supplier management;

    Strong capability to independently interact throughout the broader Accenture organization;

    Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;

    Forward, out of the box thinking with an innovative, disruptive, and open mindset;

    Action oriented and solution minded team player with high degree of self management;

    Ability to manage multiple projects, adopt a flexible approach and prioritize tasks appropriately;

    Comfortable navigating in a multicultural environment;

    Fluent in English, spoken and written.
