By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM in a hybrid/ remote setup.


How you’ll make an impact:

Support sourcing contracting projects across multiple IT Services and sub categories in the English or Italian language;

Engage with internal stakeholders to drive and communicate progress;

Independently manage low to medium value sourcing projects obtain;

Quotations and customer specifications incl managing simple RFP processes;

Own projects, deal with ambiguity, think outside the box;

Manage simple, standard contracting process with various IT suppliers with the support of Legal Counsel;

Support Procurement related data and document management requirements;

Independently manage price negotiations and ensure quality delivery of Statement of Work

Skills that make your work successful:

Good knowledge of Italian and English, B2 level;

Previous experience in Procurement/Sourcing/Sales or a customer service environment;

Negociation skills;

Good communication abilities with suppliers, customer service oriented and analytical skills;

Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn;
