For our business partner, a leading provider of electronic payment solutions in Romania, we are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join their world-class community of talented teams.

The application enables Cash-to-Card and Pay-to-Card transactions, allowing instant transfer between registered cards, P2P transfers, and cash deposits. It is the place where people will be able to manage their finance resources no matter the form in which they keep them: cash, card, trading assets or acquiring services.


Requirements:

At least 5 years experience in working on software projects.
Experience of understanding a business or a process and presenting it in a structured way e.g. Business Process Modelling, Use Case modelling and/or User Story development.
Experience of capturing user needs and requirements in a number of ways e.g. workshops, structured interviews.
Experience with projects that require integration with external APIs
Experience of writing requirements (Functional and Non-Functional).
Strong communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively to formulate and identify solutions.
Proven track record of producing requirements to a consistently high standard.
Well organized, responsible and dedicated with the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
Strong internal and external stakeholder influencing skills.
Ideally be familiar with Microsoft Azure DevOps, and experience of utilizing Agile software development methodologies.

Collect business requirements and evaluate them in terms of business opportunity as well as technical implications.
Organize the business requirements into technical requirements and manage the timeline of implementation.
Meet with stakeholders to clarify specific requirements of each project.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Circulate and obtain acceptance sign-off.
Monitor executions of tasks to ensure delivery in agreed timeline.
Follow up on implementations and quality of deliverables.
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Act as intermediary between the project stakeholder(s), Software Development Manager and Development Teams.
Analyze customer feedback and action to influence roadmap and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Write good quality user stories and acceptance criteria so that a developer can work effectively.
