We’re looking for a Financial Controller, for one of our clients, a multinational company active in the aeronautical field from Brasov.

Expectations:

Higher studies - engineering or economics;
Minimum 1 year experience in controlling;
Availability for a contract of 2 years;
Understanding costs (by nature, by destination);
Knowledge of English, German is an advantage;
MS-Office package (Excel), SAP;
Analytical & mathematical thinking, the ability to identify the connection between phenomena, indicators, technical-economic figures;
Ability to collaborate with company management and colleagues from different departments.

Responsibilities:

Prepares complex economic analyses;
Determine costs by types and cost centers;
Participates in the preparation of reports to the concern;
Participates in the preparation of the budget (including the preparation/coordination of operative planning) and the business plan together with the departments and the management of the factory;
Controlling within the company, including necessary/current status comparison, and consulting in the implementation of measures to ensure the planned results;
Participates in the definition and implementation of measures to achieve operational goals;
Participates in the certification of the indicators included in Premium Productivity and processes the data related to the previously mentioned project together with the other departments;
Collaborate on the definition, implementation and reporting of investment indicators (CAPEX);
Actively participates in the improvement of company processes.
