    Cerinte

    Bachelor’s degree;
    Minimum two years of professional experience preferably in marketing, sales, or business development;
    Enthusiasm for learning new technologies while working in a sports hospitality environment;
    Smart problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, think critically, indirectly influence, and drive creative solutions;
    Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and willingness to handle administrative aspects of the position;
    Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver targeted messages to key stakeholders;
    Advanced written and spoken English communication skills;
    Excel proficiency.

    Responsabilitati

    Managing all aspects of ticket planning, allocation, and distribution for the company's sports and stadium partnerships;
    Serving as the primary point of contact for ticketing inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses;
    Utilizing the Ticket Manager system for inventory management and distribution, becoming a power user capable of configuring the tool and providing training to others as needed;
    Coordinating with the compliance team to ensure all ticketing activities align with company policies and regulations;
    Maintaining open communication channels with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on ticketing activities and initiatives;
    Continuously evaluating and improving ticketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
