Payroll Administrator

We are currently seeking a Lead Payroll Administrator to join our CORP HRS Payroll team in our Bucharest office . Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your focus will be to provide payroll support, and ensure employees get paid on time, every time by verifying data accuracy and meeting compliance. You will apply your creativity and problem-solving techniques to resolve critical employee issues. You will utilise your payroll functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with Honeywell business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE
High school diploma

WE VALUE
Associate's degree in Finance or Accounting
Some payroll experience, or similar relevant experience
Knowledge local payroll policies and procedures
Relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Experience and desire to effectively train employees on payroll items
Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands
Able to focus on important information and identify key details
