Very good Marketing know-how along all Ps
Experience in portfolio/ category management

Job Description
Marketing Specialist for DIY (Do it Yourself) Tools
Lead of local user and retail price management in the country:
- Introduces and steers all price steering elements and develops pricing excellence
- Operative price management and price coordinator for the country including the creation and delivery of price lists within price corridor
- Manage PROMO share and execute Business Unit PROMO strategy (Price and Bundle Pack) and integrate it holistically in the User journey
- Gains and provides user and market insights to organization
Lead of local product portfolio and services in the country
- Launch management
- Optimization of product mix (standard, campaigns, promotions) in country
- Management of the lifecycle of channel/ customer exclusive products
- LOG Planning of products, launches and promotions in collaboration with Distribution Manager
- Support local service portfolio and operation
- Gains and provides user and marketing insights to the organization to counter segments cannibalization and close products/ service gap
oResponsible for strategic implementation retail marketing at key accounts (online/offline) in alignment with headquarter Outdoor and Garden, Measuring Tools, Dremel and Global Tools (DIY part)
oBusiness Partner for all marketing and sales functions across all teams and countries
oCustomer P&L and KPI responsibility common with Key Account Manager
oC-Budget and KPIs management in collaboration with Marketing Leader
