YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or Equivalent
6-8 years of relevant experience in plant floor, manufacturing plant IT

WE VALUE

Agile and Waterfall system development life cycle experience. Functional requirements gathering, documentation, and delivery of Epics, User Stories, and User Acceptance Criteria.
Definition and communication of minimum viable product and prototyping.
Participation in at least two end-to-end project implementations involving mobile apps, data acquisition, and digitization.
Proficient in incident resolution processes including root cause corrective action. Ownership and teamwork required.
Collaborative working relationship with functional business and Corp IT stakeholders.
Understanding of business process from order to cash.
Understanding of IT Security and cyber compliance; project management and execution.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Sharepoint and Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, Powerapps, Power BI, Python, Visual Studio.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

The Senior IT Analyst will play a critical role in support of on-going operations and new initiatives including manufacturing execution systems, plant floor data collection, data acquisition, data historian, smart factory, digitalization, and analytics.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in off-the-shelf and custom IT applications and solutions that support manufacturing plants and processes. Functions include health, safety, environmental compliance, production reporting, quality, plant maintenance, inventory control, warehouse management, SPC/SQC, and laboratory operations. Experience with end-to-end integrations that include SAP PM, SAP QM, SAP Logistics, Movilizer, Forge, Bartender, PI, PHD, and LabVantage LIMS is desired.
