If you fit the requirements below:
• Understand key cost drivers and the link to cost variances to prioritise cost improvement opportunities for COGS and distribution costs.
• Optimize decommissioning procedures in order to minimize loses and bring business efficiency
• Coordinate reporting of actual costs by ensuring timeliness and accuracy of input data for month-end closing, ensuring group and local financial policies, accounting standards and costing Standards are followed.
• Provide early warning to stakeholders in case of major cost deviations at department level or SKU level
• Participate in business planning by coordinating, challenging and preparing the input assumptions for the annual budget and monthly forecast estimate process. Understand implication of changing volumes, product mix and new products development
• Production projects should be validated and progress constantly reviewed to ensure completion and realisation of savings
• Harmonize product cost calculation methods between factories and in charge of inventory control
• Ensure full transparency of costs and financial impact to the organization of major or strategic decisions to drive most profitable business choices
• Cooperate within the rest of Finance team in the process of period end closing and reporting
• Review supplier contracts and ensure proper adherence to company procurement policy
• Develop, control and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and CAPEX requests
• Participate in constant improvement of controlling processes and tolls implementation to ensure better accuracy, speed and analysis

We welcome you in our team where, as a member of the Finance Department, you will:
• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting as minimum university qualification, Master degree would be desirable
• 8+ years of experience in Finance & Control, previous FMCG experience would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of IFRS and Romanian accounting standards, awareness of local tax rules would be a plus
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, business level communication and excellent presentation skills
• Proactive, challenging and positive approach in terms of problem resolution
• Proficient advanced PC user (MS Office, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, data basis exploitation)
• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
