    Requirements

    If you fit the requirements below:
    • Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting as minimum university qualification, Master degree would be desirable
    • 8+ years of experience in Finance & Control, previous FMCG experience would be an advantage
    • Good knowledge of IFRS and Romanian accounting standards, awareness of local tax rules would be a plus
    • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, business level communication and excellent presentation skills
    • Proactive, challenging and positive approach in terms of problem resolution
    • Proficient advanced PC user (MS Office, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, data basis exploitation)
    • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking

    Responsibilities

    We welcome you in our team where, as a member of the Finance Department, you will:
    Coordinate and drive P&L forecast in accordance with guidance and contractual conditions to ensure alignment with business planning
    • Follow up actual execution vs planned in close relationship with commercial teams, acting as business partner to drive actions to meet targets
    • Understand the sales and trade spend evolution per product/channel/customer and provide monthly financial analysis, insight and explanation of performance, highlighting emerging issues or trends and making recommendations on corrective actions
    • Contribute to the customer and channel strategy development process to ensure the commercial plan is executed in line with the strategy
    • Support period end closing by checking actuals versus forecast and compliance principals’ adherence
    • Cooperate within the rest of Finance team in the process of period end closing and reporting
    • Review customer contracts and ensure adherence to company commercial policy
    • Provide support and challenge to ensure the quality of data, working closely with other functions to improve accuracy and timeliness
    • Participate in constant improvement of controlling processes and tolls implementation to ensure better accuracy, speed and analysis
