    Requirements

    Key skills and qualifications

    Strong analytical and data management skills
    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    Proficient in using tools like SFDC, SAP, Excel, and Data Visualization Tools
    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
    Fluent English is a must
    Finance/Business Analyst background
    Experience in sales or channel support
    SAP knowledge & experience – nice to have, Excel is a must

    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities

    Support sales representatives through commission calculations, ensuring timely payout approvals and payment processes
    Create, enhance, and maintain channel scorecard dashboards for clear visibility
    Generate and deliver channel performance reports to stakeholders
    Provide insights into channel promotions through performance reports
    Develop additional reports and dashboards as required for effective decision-making
    Prepare data summaries for review by Sales Management staff
    Utilize tools such as Excel, Salesforce, SAP, and Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau) to compile and present information effectively
