Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience as a graphic designer with demonstrated skills and a strong portfolio.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred (Photoshop, Lightroom and Premier is a must).
• Strong digital media skills.
• Working knowledge of print and digital industries.
• Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Experience in managing stakeholder design expectations and working within organizational brand concepts.
• A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.
• Advanced level of English.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory and composition.
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including email templates, social media and promotional artwork, informative e-books.
• Develops concepts and designs as directed in the Brief and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
• Brainstorm and contribute with innovative ideas for visual content that align with marketing and branding objectives.
• Incorporate brand elements and guidelines into designs to maintain consistency across all visual materials.
• Collaborating with the e-commerce, website and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
• Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
• Create and develop design concepts and solutions for campaigns, collateral, and communications materials. Reviewing online marketing content to identify room for improvement.
• Working with website content authors to ensure the smooth implementation of new content.
• Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
