Process engineer & Lean specialist

University Degree in Engineering, Mechanical ;
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and execute accordingly
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Attention to detail, pro-active, hands-on, drive to be successful;
Good Lean knowledge; SAP knowledge;
Capacity to define and prioritize activities;
Capacity to define objectives;
MS Office knowledge;
English knowledge (writing and speaking)

Coordinating the implementation of Lean Manufacturing System according to the existing FG Production System and additional necessary lean actions;
Set up the lean map for the lean activities in the organization.
Lead continuous improvement programs in the organization.
Planning and coordinating specific trainings and workshops (Process Flow Mapping, VSM, 5S / Visual Management, TPM, QCO-SMED, Standard Work, , Kaizen / Continuous Improvement);
Monitoring of the processes performances in order to improve safety, ergonomics, quality, productivity and material flow;
Set-up KPI’s and monitor the development of the improved processes
Development of production technologies;
Responsible for product launch coordination cross-functionally
Making cost estimations and calculations for both new products and running ones
Responsible for product launch phases (proto, 0-Series)
