Main objective of the job:                                       

• Perform activities in Intercompany accounting area.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Responsible with reconciliation of intercompany suppliers and customers;
• Responsible with solving intercompany dispute cases;
• Responsible with collection of overdue receivables;
• Responsible with issuing intercompany invoices;
• Prepares invoice attachments;
• Responsible for the process of sending invoices to customers;
• Responsible with the payment of due invoices;
• Responsible with posting incoming payments;
• Archives documentation in SAP;
• Support year-end closing activities;
• Support in writing and updating of work instructions;
• Ensure good communication with local unit;
• Reads, understands, and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
