Higher education;
Experience in quality in the automotive industry min 3 years;
Knowledge of Core Tools;
Knowledge of quality analysis tools;
IATF 16949 Quality Management System;
Knowledge of English – intermediate level;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under stress and deadlines;
Ability to analyze and solve problems in a timely manner – customer oriented.

Ensures the effective application of the Quality Manual; General Quality Procedures and Internal Procedures, with the aim of implementing the client-specific Quality Management System;
Ensures in a dynamic way that all process rules are respected and contributes to the reduction of non-quality costs;
Ensures that all internal audit plans are effectively carried out, including analysis of the effectiveness of corrective actions;
Defines together with the Quality Manager and Production Managers the priorities for continuous improvement in terms of quality;
Develops based on these priorities an annual Quality System Efficiency plan, including objectives, resources and the organisation of workshops on Quality System Efficiency;
Maintains the database for the analyses performed at plant level;
Provides training and support to production staff, especially to the quality support functions in the APU to ensure implementation of standards;
Masters Quality System Efficiency tools and techniques (among others: the 8 basic quality rules, problem solving methodology, convergence plan, variability reduction, scrap convergence) with the aim of coordinating Quality System Efficiency courses in the factory.
Periodically verifies the efficiency of the implementation of the methodologies, the direction of the results, the efficiency of the workshops;
Collaborates with other departments and measures the impact of Quality System Effectiveness actions in its area;
Collects, consolidates and reports the Quality System Efficiency performance of the plant;
Identifies and implements internal/external best practices;
Creates/develops and specifies Quality concepts and actions to ensure stated quality standards for new process/product developments in cooperation with other departments;
Supports risk assessment for process and product FMEA;
Manages the firewall team (wall of quality) in accordance with the customer’s objectives and requirements if needed ;
Actively participates in the identification of root causes for the quality analyses started.
