Facem parte din Central European Media Enterprises Ltd., o companie de media și divertisment care continuă să desfășoare activități de conducere în principal pe patru piețe din Europa Centrală și de Est: Bulgaria, Republica Cehă, România și Slovacia Republică.

University degree;
Minimum 3 years previous experience in Television/ Aquisition field area in is a plus;
Understanding of digital platforms and their corresponding rights;
A strong interest in TV and digital media;
Sports understanding and connections in different sports federations represents an advantage;
Advced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Specific TV acquisition software (MIS);
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Detailed oriented, organized and persistent;
Capacity to work under stress and under time pressure;
Advanced English.

Responsible for the acquiring content for all of PRO TV assets, with focus on Voyo and Sports;
Responsible for following the acquisition strategy on the content for Voyo and Sports, as Programming Director and Head of Acquisition direction;
Responsible for respecting the acquisition budget based on the needs;
Responsible for informing the Head of Acquisition and Programming Director whenever a situation involving the library of the channels appears (not enough content, technical and quality problems with the programs etc);
Responsible for establishing contact and maintaining relations with content distributors;
Analyse rights information, current trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to play a key role in providing insight into the team to support acquisition strategies;
Prepares the commitment budgets for Voyo and Sports events and ensures that the budget is respected;
Prepares financial analysis together with the finance department.
