    This role is based in the  Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management.  

    What we’re looking for:  

    • Good oral and written communication skills in English and French;
    • Analytical person, structured and detail oriented;
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
    • Ability to deal with numbers;
    • Customer-oriented approach.

    The Card Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
    • Handle requests relating to the administration of corporate cards;
    • Support employees in ordering their cards;
    • Carry out card limit increases on request in accordance with the defined process;
    • Blocking and unblocking cards in accordance with the various business expense processes;
    • Monitor relations with the bank (take part in regular meetings, follow up disputed cases, etc.);
    • If necessary, answer or contact employees by telephone/Teams in order to resolve the problem quickly;
    • Processing offboardings (employees who have left the company) for card administration (checking the file, blocking cards, passing on information to the payroll team, entering data in the payment tracking file);
    • Carry out checks on expense reports in accordance with the defined control plan;
    • Answer employees' queries about the processing and reminders associated with expense reports.
