    We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our BI products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders at all levels, to define product requirements, prioritise features, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive engineering excellence within the Access Group.

    As a Product Owner, your Skills and Experiences likely include:
    Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Product Owner, or 2-3 years as a Business Analyst looking to set up to Product Owner level.
    Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency in capturing and managing requirements using tools like ADO/Jira.
    Ability to analyze complex problems and think critically to propose effective solutions.
    Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) for reporting and visualization.
    Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
    Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather requirements and drive discussions.
    Some familiarity with software development challenges and best practices (e.g. ITIL) would be an advantage

    Responsabilitati

    Day-to-day, you will:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data-related needs and requirements, conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and document business requirements.
    Define and prioritise the product backlog based on strategic goals, key metrics and user feedback
    Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
    Coordinate the development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality BI solutions.
    Monitor product performance and usage metrics, and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
    Ensure that stakeholders are informed and prepared for changes in data systems or processes.
    Develop training materials and conduct training/familiarisation sessions for end-users on new processes or systems.
    Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive trends in BI and analytics.
