    About The Role

    🎓 ABOUT THE REV-CELERATOR PROGRAMME 🎓

    If you’re in your penultimate year of study, this one’s for you. You’ll work with us for three months and get to know everything we do.

    First, kick off with a few weeks of bootcamp, where we’ll prepare you to jump into work at Revolut with workshops, lectures, and practical exercises to start working on your skills. After a successful preparation, we’ll launch you into on-the-job training. In this stage, you’ll be face-to-face with tough challenges, problem-solving and tasks to own. 🚀

    About the role:

    Our rapidly expanding Employer Branding team spans our growing offices across Europe, Asia, and Americas, and plays a crucial role in Revolut’s development into a major international business.

    Operating somewhere between branding, communications, marketing, and recruitment, we work with all areas of the business to support rapid growth, and to develop our employer brand into a state-of-the-art attraction and retention system 🚀

    We're looking for an innovative Employer Brand intern to join our team, driving our employer branding efforts in local regions. Reporting to our Employer Brand Lead, you’ll work closely with our designers and copywriters, as well as other EBMs sitting in different offices around the world, to enhance Revolut’s employer branding strategy to drive awareness and consideration among potential candidates ⭐️

    What You’ll Be Doing
     

    • Supporting execution of our marketing strategy for our external employer brand, developing core messages, high profile multi-channel campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorships
    • Supporting creation and development of bold B2C marketing campaigns that strengthen Revolut’s brand and support the dynamic vision as a forward thinking employer
    • Driving innovation by empowering the branding team to utilise new technology
    • Developing audience insights and applying it to our marketing approach, campaigns, and content
    • Driving the firm’s digital strategy and innovation agenda by promoting tech career opportunities through an award-winning, multi-channel social media strategy
    • Creating and developing a consistent and engaging ‘People story’ by working closely with internal and external comms
       
    What You'll Need
     
    • Studies in Communication, HR, PR or similar
    • First-class verbal and written English language skills
    • Knowledge of the employer branding theory
    • Event management skills
    • A proactive attitude
    • A love for problem-solving
    • To be a quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven personality
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • To feel comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
