Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the organization's unique employer value proposition;
• Craft a consistent and compelling employer brand message aligned with the company's values, mission, and culture;
• Develop engaging and authentic content for various platforms, including career websites, social media, and internal communications;
• Manage and optimize social media channels to effectively communicate the employer brand.

Candidate profile:

• Final year student or recent graduate of  Marketing/Graphic Design;
• Knowledge in computer software programs used in graphic design include Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Paintshop Pro, and Corel Graphics Suite.
• English - advanced;
• Strong creative and storytelling skills;
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends;
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
