Job Description:

• Record invoices from internal and external suppliers by using FGO, SAGA.
• Verify supplier sheets and request missing documents to be recorded.
• Preparing specific reports or tasks to help the financial accounting department.
• Monthly assist in archiving all documents from the financial accounting department.
• Transmit and receive invoices from RO-Efactura.
• Perform other specific tasks of the Accounting Office.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Economics and Business Administration at the university.
• Prior internship experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in PC operation including Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with relevant accounting software is an asset.
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a sense of responsibility.
