Requirements
Your qualifications
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:
• Are fluent in English (C1 level)
• Have European citizenship or work permit in Romania
• Have experience with Linux OS
• Are familiar with web protocols (HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, etc)
• Are familiar with consuming APIs (what are the types of requests, what are responses like, JSON format, OAuth, RESTful APIs, gRPC)
• Are familiar with with programming languages (Java, Javascript, or Python), and markup languages (HTML, XML, YAML)
• Understand networking principles (TCP/IP model, TCP . UDP, Traffic flow)
• Are familiar with IT infrastructure: Web Servers (Nginx, Apache) Databases (SQL, noSQL) Cloud Providers (GCP, AWS, Azure), Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Desirable skills:
• Previous experience as customer support
• Good technical troubleshooting and research skills
• Willingness to learn and interest in cloud technologies

Job description
As an Apigee Tech Support in our team, you will provide infrastructure, networking and platform related (IaaS, PaaS) technical support for different products (such as: Api gateways, developer portals or monitoring and alerting). This will include programming, system administration and procedure tasks which will make you get expertise in all the areas related to our client's products.
