HR Intern

SUB FUNCTION: Marketing - HR
LOCATION: Bucharest, Romania
JOB TYPE: Fix term – 6 months

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Bachelor Degree in HR, Foreign Languages, or SNSPA;
Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal;
Solid knowledge of Excel, Power Point;
Strong organization and ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet or beat deadlines;
Outstanding interpersonal skills, alongside energy and creativity are key characteristics that describe you and the projects you lead;
A pragmatic approach with can-do attitude.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

Assist HR Manager in cycle activities preparation (TRM, ASR, etc.);
Offers support in administrating Assessment Centers;
Handles company announcements for Marketing and Global Graduates;
Provide support to HR Manager in Employee administration tasks;
Providing support in various HR projects;
Participating in the organization of various company’s events;
Being responsible for other assigned duties during the program.
