Prior proven experience as a PPC/Google Ads Campaign Specialist in both Romanian and International markets with a solid portfolio covering lead generation campaigns
Excellent understanding of tracking and reporting tools
UX/UI knowledge
Tracking and CRO experience - we will provide the code, you will make sure it is correctly integrated in your project
Advanced knowledge of English (any other international language is a plus)
A background working with large advertising agencies is appreciated

Setting-up, implementing and tracking ad campaigns for Romanian and International Clients
Developing and adapting PPC campaign strategies in order to increase visibility
Collaborating with internal professionals in order to prepare the necessary materials
Monitoring traffic, conversion rates and key word relevance
Adapting the bidding strategy for PPC campaigns
Managing and optimizing campaigns on multiple devices
Testing various approaches for new and ongoing projects
Analyzing key words and proposing new terms
Keeping up to date with competitor campaigns and market trends
Ensuring maximum visibility and ROI
