• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Technic or related field is an advantage;
• 5 + years of experience in warehouse management activities, working experience in the pharma is an advantage;
• Experience will include leading/supervising people;
• Proficiency in the use of Data Warehouse Management tool;
• Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude;
• Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand;
• English is an advantage.

• Provide leadership on daily warehouse operations across Central Warehouse, including the management of goods receipts, goods issues, picklists, cycle counting, logistics, quality control/assurance;
• Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations;
• Provides, maintains, and organizes the Central Warehouse areas on separate, distinct areas, with sizes appropriate to the volume of goods; ensures the flow of products;
• Design and implement business and system optimization;
• Monitor and maintain the optimal functional characteristic of the building and equipment and performance;
• Keep track of performance indicators for the warehouse at both individual and team level;
• Monitor operations activities on specific area, to ensure smooth functioning of warehouse operations;
• Supports the quality management system (ISO) adopted within the company;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives;
• Promote a stable work environment with open lines of communication with personnel;
• Participate in setting goals and establishing direction for central warehouse operations.
