Technical Compliance Reporting Specialist

For our TC organization on corporate level and managing our overall TCMS (Technical Compliance Management System) we are looking for a Technical Compliance Reporting Specialist to ensure proper KPI and reporting availability for a transparent visualization to show the effectiveness of the TCMs. The TC Reporting Specialist reports to the Head of TC Systems Management within the TCMS corporate organization.

Job Description

• Leading global TCMS reporting efforts by setting up and maintaining an intuitive and effective reporting system
• Automation of report generation and required interfaces to various data sources (preferably databases), wherever possible and reasonable, to increase efficiency and provide "real-time" tracking
• Ensure the interaction and interlinkage of the various tools to have an automated tool reporting system incl. visualization, e.g. in PowerBI
• Definition and update of technical compliance relevant KPIs, TC Review Status, Functional Safety Status, etc.
• Ensure overview of all relevant TC reports and bundle them into one view for transparent communication and documentation
• Maintenance of the global TCMS assessment process for a self-assessment ability on corporate TCMS level
• Serving as contact person for above mentioned reports and tools for the needed processes and systems
• Alignment with other functions for reporting, requirement definition and assessment activities
• Responsible for clear and transparent as well as automated view of all TC relevant reports, supporting the TC Management

Job Requirements

• Completed degree in a technical area, preferable in computer sciences, SW programming or database management, etc.
• Preferable several years of experience in the automotive industry
• High degree of self-guided work experience
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Advanced communication skills for correspondence with international colleagues and solution support requests
• Advanced team working and networking skills
• Advanced level of database management, maintenance, and willingness to further deepen knowledge specifically for Wisdom database
• Business fluency in English language mandatory
