EMC/EL Validation Engineer

As part of our Vitesco Technologies Laboratory you will take part in the complete validation process assuring that our products are meeting the expected quality, robustness and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as interface between Vitesco Technologies Laboratory and Business Units / external customers;
• Create validation test specifications for our automotive products, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements;
• Estimate EMC & Electrical test services (cost and duration) based on test specification requirements;
• Monitor and coordinate validation activities including outsourced testing if required;
• Test result evaluation as well as communication to all relevant stakeholders;
• Document and maintain guidelines of requirements, lessons learned, and best practices, for continuous improvement.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field;
• Experience in Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing and/or test equipment;

• Experience with test data analytics and reporting;
• Knowledge of EMC design concepts;
• Proficient in the use of MS Office software applications (Word & Excel);
• Good English language speaking and writing skills.
