Successfully completed diploma, bachelor or master degree in the field of business administration, (business) informatics, (business) engineering or a comparable course of study

Experience from projects in the field of IT Strategy and/or IT Sourcing

Knowledge in the IT areas of infrastructure/Cloud Computing, workplace services and/or application management is desirable

Customer-oriented and independent work within our project teams

Willingness to travel

Very good German and English language skills

Development of IT Strategies & IT Sourcing strategies and derivation of concrete action plans

Definition, implementation and optimization of IT sourcing activities in the areas of infrastructure, software, operation and Cloud Computing

Conducting market surveys and benchmarking

Creation of business cases for strategic sourcing projects

Definition of service catalogs and Service Level Agreements

Support of tenders (Request for Information/Request for Proposal) and selection of IT service providers

Conducting risk analyses and due diligences

Conducting contract negotiations and commissioning of service providers

Planning and support of transitions to new service providers

Support of a proactive contract management and service provider control
