    Cerinte

    Technical and/or Commercial degree or equal through experience (preferable in Sales, Technical Sales or equivalent)
    5+ years business experience in a sales, sales support, or customer service function (preferable with a technical interface in automotive or construction – mining environment)
    Fluent in English; any other language is an added value.
    Knowledge of procedures and logistics processes
    Overall knowledge of transport and forwarding bookings
    Knowledge of SAP ERP, MS office
    Core competencies: customer focus, decision making, getting organized, strive for excellence, integrity and trust, conflict management, motivating others, team player.
    Problem solver on customer issues (commercial & technical–commercial)
    Multiple operation systems usage capability to supply best input possible.

    Responsabilitati

    Act as part of the Off-Highways/HD EMEA organization - Voice from & voice to the customers (actively)
    Direct and/or indirect coordination of daily operations with inside & outside departments, customers, internal suppliers as and when required.
    Administration of the order entry process.
    Administration of the direct shipments; coordinate & follow-up with supplier, goods receipt & supplier invoice validation
    Arrange outbound shipments; scheduling of transport depending on customer agreements/selected forwarder.
    Contact with warehouse/transporters to have shipments ready and pick up in due time.
    Administrative follow-up of shipments from A to Z
    Maintenance of Customer Care peer-2-peer relations (pointing, review, setup, tracking)
    Deliver a high standard Inside sales including customer service.
    Proactive & reactive communication with customers & prospects (verbal, non-verbal, electronic)
    Technical-Commercial sales support and/or part identification by usage of technical databases
    Establish and maintain effective communication channels (internal and external), for receipt and transmittal of information, requirements and priorities.
    Review sales performance versus plan and report progress to “Inside sales Supervisor Diesel EMEA” Ensure periodic report is provided accordingly.
    Actively involved with sales promotions and customer focused activities
    Attend carrier meetings and be involved in the tendering process ensuring that contractual service levels are met.
    Monitor and use BW/PowerBI reports, when applicable
    Usage of TecCom, where needed.
    Attendance meetings when required, to update and provide input relevant to Inside Sales (incl. Customer service) activities.
    Ensure that company policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly to minimize any risk of potential claims of unfair treatment.
    Maintain records and any necessary/required documentation in relation to the “Inside Sales” operation, ensuring Data Protection Legislation is always adhered to.
    Focus & follow on company goals and objectives being achieved.
    Communicate to internal/external customers/suppliers to ensure that each other’s needs are recognized.
    Adherence to all applicable Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures
    Adherence to company policies, procedures, and cores values
    Ensure production of timely and accurate records
    Actively seek to keep informed of any changes and will proactively share information and ideas with colleagues where appropriate.
    Processing, monitoring and checking invoices (i.e., 3rd party internal supplies) in frame of “Regional Sales manager” guidance.
    Deal with carriers (for ex EMEA Distribution Center & 3rd party direct distributions to customers)
    Deal with auditors and inspections as applicable to define export markets.
    Follow changes to policy given by " Customer Care Managers.”
    Communicate customer or business issues to “Inside sales Supervisor Diesel EMEA” to determine needs of escalations.
    Customer Survey
    Actively process replenishment order (work with EMEA SC and US Product Planners)
