Site Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a Site Manager for our TI EAD (Transformation of Industry Electrification Automation Digitalization), located in our offices in Bucharest. From this position you would organized & supervised activities for works performed in site.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Planned schedule running sites to meet deadlines.
• Participate and hold internal and external Project meetings, reviews, briefs and kick off meetings.
• Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, health and safety management and inspections of all works.
• Point of contact on site for deliveries and client liaison
• Authorized person for all quality standards on site
• Document work undertaken / daily activities and provide a daily activity report.
• Recognized issues and assess risks and review any findings with management.
• Prepare project snagging list.
• Assist Project Managers where required to support workload and provide site presence from the company side.
• Inspect work for satisfactory performance.
• Review suitable stocks of supplies and equipment and request specialist components, fixtures or fittings as required.
• Advise Project Manager on required stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policy and communicate effectively to site teams.
• Recommend improvements and modifications.
• Investigate complaints and recommend corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders including the public.
• Identify and meet personal job-related training and development as required.
• Liaise with contractors and client.
• Manage the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor on site.
• Carry out daily monitoring of at least the following:
• (1) Contractor and site health & safety compliance monitoring, (2) Balance of Plant works progress, (3) Balance of Plant contract compliance, (4) Environmental management monitoring, (5) Maintain daily site diary, (6) Establish & maintain daily progress photograph database

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Engineering,
• Good usage of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and willingness to learn other.
• High level of English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills (written and in oral)
• Good team spirit, proactivity, and motivation to learn.
