Junior Brand Manager

How we’d like you to be:

· University degree;

· Able to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines is fundamental;

· Confident, ambitious, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment;

· Communication, presentation and negotiation skills – proven track record of closed deals and/or partnerships;

· Highly organized, analytical, task focused;

· Able to work across multicultural environments;

· Very good command of English;

· Advanced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

What you’ll have to do:

· Assessment of each delivery need based on shopping events/ stock level/ future restrains in delivery/availability at supplier with internal Brand Manager capability;

· End-to-end ordering process for all/cross categories;

· Centralization, follow-up, issuance of invoices, facilitate availability of information for registering of invoices (merchandise, contractual, extra-contractual) between Finance and Commercial Team;

· Solving blocked invoices/receptions/delivery situations;

· Communicating with category and supplier for complaints/situations coming from Customer Care;

· Listing creating and parametrization;

· Documentation facilitation;

· Voucher project management: align the execution with Brand Manager, set the mechanism, follow-up on implementation, visibility, report generation for approval and discount, share information with category to include in overall discount;

· Contractual reports, ad-hoc reports;
