- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure

- Previous experience in working with any of the Source to Contract tools: Ariba, Jaggaer, etc.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (with German language considered as a great advantage)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Ideal candidate would be a 2-5 years’ experience procurement professional
- Proven successful track record in a similar role

- Define most suitable strategies and setups for eAuction to get the BAFO
- Design, create and launch the live events
- e-Auction support for all Sourcers and Suppliers
- Deliver eAuction related trainings
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on pitching to internal business partner
- Building positive, long-term relationships with the internal and external client
- Will need to develop deep technical and process understanding in order to support sourcers and end-users
- Solution orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- Assistance to the client end-users
- System & technical support (eAuction related matters), and process support for Sourcers on Multi-client solution
- Develop and update the Standard Operating Procedures eAuction related
- Internal and Client process improvement workshops
- Data and reporting clean up co-ordination and planning
