Junior Fraud & Payments Agent

Internet Marketing Online este o firma specializată în Customer Support Services având departamente de front-office și back-office în industria de iGaming.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
1.Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
2.Minimum of 1 year work experience.
3.Preferably, the candidate must have gambling experience, but it is not a mandatory requirement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for conducting various fraud, risk, KYC, and due diligence checks on customers.
2.Identifying fraud trends and player behaviors across groups of accounts raised in customer risk processes.
3.Identify, document, and communicate detected fraud trends, suspicious transaction characteristics and patterns.
4.Monitor accounts and transactions regularly to identify any fraudulent activities.
5.Identification, verification, and validation of documents.
6.Ensuring the accuracy of the information registered on the customers’ accounts.
7.Providing support to the other teams for their queries related to the department’s tasks.
8.Handle day-to-day financial payments with precision.
9.Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
10.Ensure bank statements are accurately reconciled.
11.Monitor bank deposits and payments.

Working schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00/12:00 AM - 3:00/8:00 PM (Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM)
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
