How we’d like you to be:

· Proficiency in Linux systems administration.
· A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar position.
· Proficiency in the management and optimization of HTTP, AMQP, and messaging system solutions, encompassing expertise in tools such as Nginx, HAProxy, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
· Experience with monitoring and logging solutions
· A strong inclination for designing and constructing scalable and performance-centric solutions.
· Proficient experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and frameworks.
· Basic knowledge and practical experience with networking protocols.
· Familiarity with programming or scripting in any programming language.
· Availability for participation in an on-call rotation for off-hours incident response.
· Adaptability to a fast-paced working environment.
· Proficient English language skills in both written and spoken communication.
Will be a plus:
· Experience with virtualization technologies like oVirt, KVM;
· Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation solutions;
· Understanding of High Availability, Performance Tuning, Security.
· A good understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles

What you’ll have to do:

· Proficiently manage the configuration, deployment, maintenance, scaling, and optimization of services and infrastructure.
· Design and deploy on-premises Linux clusters.
· Develop, maintain, and deliver Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Puppet and related tools.
· Expertise in the installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of a wide array of services and solutions, including but not limited to load balancers, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
· Participate in infrastructure architecture planning.
· Create monitoring solutions for deployed systems and test environments, proactively optimizing system performance.
· Handle the deployment of both physical and virtual machines.
· Develop and maintain internal procedures and documentation.
· Provide technical support to internal software development teams.
