•  Responsible for running the processes within the described parameters and the continuous improvement of the process parameters;
•  Responsible for the correct application of the legal norms in force, the Bosch norms as well as the criteria regarding safety and work protection when he intervenes and/or defines the processes;
•  Defines and describes the processes: creates the parameter sheet, based on analyses, tests and/or based on experience from the lead plant and/or specifications received from the supplier;
• Carry out tests, apply the acquired knowledge-lessons learned, document and keep a history of these tests;
• Defines the list of spare parts and the standard of technical maintenance for the improvement brought to the machine;
• Responsible for the preparation of necessary documentation/obtaining process assimilation;
• Draws up process standards in the production lines;
• Has permanent contact with the international production network;
• Defines and monitors the process/production parameters as well as the technical cycle of the process;
• Analyze process deviations and minimize their impact;
• Calculate TEK (technical capacity) according to the rules in force;
• Implements the leadplant standard with reference to the processes in its own area of activity;
• Defines and improves based on the requirements from the production department, taking into account the legal and Bosch norms in force and QDC (Quality Delivery and Cost);
• Defines and improves based on the analysis from the analysis team or audits from the client;
• Maintains permanent contact with suppliers for possible process improvements;
• Propose improvements for processes/production lines in accordance with the implementation policies or directly from the hierarchical superior.
