    Job description
    For this project we are looking for colleagues to join our KYC (Know Your Customer) Team in Iasi.
    This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

    • Review customer files to identify missing or non-compliant documents
    • Request missing documents, as per Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures via-e-mail (outbound calls)
