To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Fluency in English, B2 level or higher
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering related field or above;
A good understanding of the reliability standards for electrical products, including IEC, EN, UL standards;
A good understanding of reliability testing, as well as the ability to operate commonly used reliability equipment;
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Capable of shifting the mindset such as to concentrate on the customer
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Laboratory Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Quality department. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparation and review the test reports and test records issued by the laboratory, and guide the project work;
Handling the reliability testing projects of the company's products, including pre-project communication, project testing, and the preparation of test records or test reports, with full follow-up;
Coordinating and assuring of resources for reliability project work, including equipment, personnel, training, etc;
Providing technical support for reliability issues inquiries from various departments of the company.
