To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Fluency in English, B2 level or higher;
Bachelor’s degree in a related field relevant for the job or above;
Proficiency in using Office software and familiarity with ERP system;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
Capable of shifting the mindset such as to concentrate on the customer;
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Supply Chain department. Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating with customers on mass production order rules and mass production delivery requirements, responding to changes according to certain requirements and achieving on-time delivery to enhance customer satisfaction;
Collecting and analyzing customer order requirements and daily maintenance of SAP order management system;
Taking initiative to cooperate with supply chain, monitoring the order delivery risk and dealing with it in time;
Coordinating customer delivery arrangements, reconciliation invoicing refund and inventory processing, and promote the processing of customer complaints;
Classification and summary of orders, storage and backup, and provide data analysis according to the company's requirements;
Collecting order/business data and statistics, and responsible for order query, filing and collation.
