To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Fluency in English, B2 level or higher;
Chinese Language Knowledge not mandatory but could represent a big advantage;
Bachelor’s degree or above in any field related to the position;
More than 2 years of relevant experience;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
Capable of shifting the mindset such as to concentrate on the customer;
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As a SR, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our R&D department. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordination of OEM projects for the factory;
Sorting out quotation data, establishing and maintaining BOM, outputting product related documents, following up trial production, and assisting in defect analysis related to design functions;
Undertaking customers’ engineering materials such as BOM, Gerber and process requirements, as well as converting them into internal controlled documents;
Assisting customers and colleagues in solving problems occurred in the process, test, quality and delivery of trial production;
Leading the team members to complete the corresponding project progress and quality control plan within the specified time;
Being responsible for VE projects, evaluating the feasibility of alternative materials and verifying production.
