To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Average English language knowledge and communication skills, B1 level or higher
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or above
More than 2 years of work experience in lithium battery PACK industry, proving high familiarity with the product introduction process and quality control points;
Mastery of the APQP process and PPAP submissions (QCP, MSA, CPK), with excellent abilities of being able to deal with customer complaints and 8D
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Capable of shifting the mindset such as to concentrate on the customer
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

As a PQE, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Quality department. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordination of lithium battery new projects throughout the process of quality organization, planning, implementation, confirmation, enhancement
Participate in lithium battery new project review, prototype, trial production summary, customer data review, production line second, third party audit, product certification
Collecting and analysing quality data, timely follow up on the improvement of the problem points to form a closed loop
Preparing lithium battery product quality related documents preparation (such as IPQC inspection guide, OQC, SOP preparation)
Leading the team members to complete the corresponding project progress and quality control plan within the specified time;
Managing lithium battery product line IPQC and OQC
Completing other work tasks assigned by the supervisor.
