Program Manager - Digitalization

A snapshot of your day:

The Program Manager - Digitalization will be responsible for leading and handling the strategic digital alignment, harmonization, and continuous further development of all aspects of our project management organization.

How you'll make an impact:

• Drive digitalization across the PE PM organization by implementing and automating data pipelines.
• Serve as the main contact for all user inquiries related to digitalization and reporting, providing guidance to managers, project and sub-project managers, and team leaders on capacity planning reporting.
• Handle the PE PM Portfolio organization expectations, solve issues, and identify/build additional opportunities from ongoing requirements.
• Actively gather and analyze information on the organization's digitalization requirements.
• Consult with PM Leads / PMs and the DPO on technical solutions and EDAA.
• Regularly conduct lessons learned activities and ensure the results are integrated into the organization.
• Inform management and PMO of any deviations from changes in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Project Management tools.
• Maintain interactive platforms such as WIKI, SharePoint, and Datango database.

What you bring:

• Mastery of business intelligence tools, including ETL tools such as Alteryx, and visualization tools like Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with relational databases or Snowflake with good knowledge in SQL or VizQL queries.
• Basic understanding of interfaces or APIs for connecting other tools in the context of digitalization would be advantageous.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digitalization and its application within project management. They will be able to effectively communicate complex ideas to a wide range of stakeholders and will have a proven track record of driving digital transformation.

About the Team

Within our project organization we drive the energy transition by managing, engineering and constructing big electricity infrastructure projects.

We work on customized solutions for power plants, whether it is the most efficient conventional power generation, industrial application for process steam or heat generation, hybrid solutions including renewable energy and their integration or making big steps toward decarbonation with hydrogen producing plants or environmentally friendly power generation on ships and barges. Further we are EPC contractor for high voltage converter stations -whether it is onshore or offshore- for transmission highways, high voltage substations and other grid technology projects to make electricity supply fit for future.
