Lean Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

For our journey to become a Learning Organization we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lean Manager with a strong background in organizational transformation. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Lean principles and tools, change management and transformation processes.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Coach, deploy and teach Lean principles in the project execution environment.
• Align with staff and management improvement plans and suggestions.
• Educate and coach company personnel on Lean concepts, tools and methods.
• Sort and guide Lean teams to achieve results and meet project goals.
• Audit regular lean activities.
• Define and allocate necessary resources.
• Document Lean efforts through selected metrics and visualizations.
• Develop collective lean tool box and assure instruments are available to lean project participants.
• Develop standard work to document common lean activities like 5S, Kanban and Kaizen.
• Function as technical support in execution activities.
• Develop Lean communications and engage with internal and external communities.
• Support departments to execute Lean processes.
• Observe value stream waste, coach and drive Lean principle and methodologies for waste removal

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years experience in process improvement, quality management, change management or similar role
• Proven track record of leading and implementing successful process improvement initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
